ACE Aeronautics acquires Black Hawk helicopters divested from the U.S. Army through the BEST Program - The Black Hawk Exchange and Sales Transaction Program.
ACE Aeronautics’ expert employees perform a full "reset" of the helicopter and carry out a full modernization — including PMI I, PMI II, 48MO Inspections followed by an optional "state-of-the-art" ACE DECK digital flight deck integration.
Based on the requirements of thecustomer, we offer a wide range of customizations. According to the mission we can equip the Black Hawk with various mission equipment such as: Cargo Hook, FRIES Bar, Search Lights, Hoist, and much more.
As part of delivery, we offer certified training through USATS and European Air Services — covering both theory and practice for pilots and technicians alike.
Long-term operational readiness is our priority — that’s why we ensure ongoing support and maintenance for every helicopter we deliver. With a substantial inventory of spare parts and a team of skilled professionals, we provide full Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) services to keep your fleet mission-ready at all times.
With our customer-first approach, top-tier support is non-negotiable — whether it happens at our facilities or directly on-site with the client. Our dedicated Field Service Representative (FSR) program ensures expert assistance, wherever and whenever it’s needed.

Ace Aeronautics

Ace Aeronautics, LLC (ACE) is a Sikorsky-authorized Customer Support Center for Black Hawk Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO) services. ACE was founded in 2016 and provides advanced UH-60 Black Hawk solutions for global governmental and commercial customers. The core competencies include Black Hawk acquisition and sales, modernization, maintenance, modifications, upgrades, and training. ACE expertise includes the installation of advanced digital ACE DECK VL-60 cockpit and fully customized solutions tailored to customer specific needs and operational requirements.
